We belong to the family of blacksmiths. Hand-made metal products have been the profession of our generations. This is the history before 1947, when India and Pakistan did not split the country, and the British ruled the subcontinent. Our ancestor started his career in a surgical factory of the Sikh family in Sialkot when he was a teenager, and honed his blacksmithing skills for many years. The Sikh family later moved to India after separation, and after Pakistan became independent, our ancestor established his own company to manufacture and export surgical instruments all over the world. Our grandfather was the only child of our ancestor; he obtained the metal certification in 1955. After our ancestor passed away, he founded HAMMERCO in 1960. He ambitiously adopted the latest technology and modern machinery to compete with international market. We are the fourth-generation descendants of our ancestors have adopted our family profession as passion and are fulfilling their mission under the supervision of our father, who has a 40-years career as a blacksmith and is a legend in his field. As the predecessors of our ancestors, we have a wide range of metal products.
In 2010, one of our European customers contacted us and asked if we had the ability to make falconry bells? We have made many products out of brass and copper; accept his proposal as a challenge to us.  He sent us some samples of bells, and when the bells reached us, we started to study them for several days and concluded that we could make them better than the samples. Then we studied the demand for bells in the international market. We found that the concept of falconry bells in the world has also changed. In the past, these were only used by falcon enthusiasts, but now the trend has changed and thousands of people have also bought this product for other animals.
Initially we started to make bells with brass plates and put bearing balls in them to get the desired sound, but we did not get the desired results, we realized that there were also problems with the material and the bearing balls. Then we ordered the copper plate and made our own clapper instead of bearing ball to get the desired sound, we got good results, but it was not the best. We have been researching and experimenting with bells. After hundreds of attempts, we finally found the best combination of the upper cup with natural copper and the bottom cup with nickel silver, and put our self-made clappers in it, and obtained a louder ring tone according to customer requirements. We did all these experiments by hands, without special tools for making bells. When we sent these samples to the customer for consideration, his answer was a medal for us that these are the best bells in the universe.
Then we started making bells on commercial level and made dyes to speed up our production. We are using latest machines and skillful workers and have developed a 25-step production line to control the quality of our bells. With years of experience, we have achieved perfection by controlling the thickness of the metal, the shape and weight of the clapper, and the position of the sound gaps and holes. We are making 5 sizes of bells 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as standard sizes, but we also receive custom size orders from all over the world and customize sizes for our customers. At present, we have thousands of satisfied customers all over the world who are full of confidence in our products. Currently, we are the largest manufacturer of handmade bells in the region. Under the same roof, we are making bells from metal sheet to finished products. We produce 15,000 + pair per month for our customers, and have the ability to expand our production capacity to 25,000 + per month.
